WARRANTY
Your K-9 Bike Jogger is guaranteed to be free from defects due to workmanship and/or defective materials for the life of the product. We do not provide any type of warranty against misuse and/or improper operation of the product. If you feel you have a warranty claim we will be happy to examine the situation at your convenience. RETURNS
If your K-9 Bike Jogger needs to be returned for any reason you must first obtain an “RA” (Return Authorization) number PRIOR to shipping your unit. We will not accept any items returned without FORMAL AUTHORIZATION from our facility. All merchandise returned for refund must be with company approval and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Approved refunds are for product purchase only and do not include shipping fees.
